With a legacy spanning 37years, the Women’s Leadership Conference serves as a catalyst for transformative leadership, personal and professional growth, and community-driven change. It offers an engaging platform for women to connect, learn, and lead through thought-provoking workshops, networking opportunities, and a small business expo.
Our 2026 theme, “Connection is the Heart of Leadership” will explore how to build and maintain meaningful connections - with ourselves, our work, and our communities. Sessions and Keynotes will also explore tools, stories, and strategies for addressing and overcoming challenges in a heart-centered way.
