Careers at YWCA Southern Arizona

YWCA Southern Arizona works in alignment with our national network towards employing the YWCA USA Racial Justice Continuum Strategy. The initiative employs key strategies to achieve YWCA’s central goal to launch a unifying racial justice framework, that will ensure mission fidelity. Working with consultants, staff, and board members, we are building our capacity, outcomes, and goals.

These goals include moving towards becoming an anti-racist, inclusive organization that implements intentional strategies to remove barriers to access, participation, and success of those who were historically or are currently systematically excluded by or marginalized within the organization. We are also actively seeking to transform organizational policies and practices to foster the involvement and success of those who have been excluded or marginalized.
