HOUSE OF NEIGHBORLY SERVICE

House of Neighborly Service was sold to YWCA Southern Arizona by the Presbyterian Church in 2015 for $1, with a promise that YWCA would continue its legacy of community stewardship and being a gathering space open to the South Tucson community. HNS consists of five buildings situated around a central courtyard, as well as a parquecito with playground, walking path, and basketball court open to the community, and now operates as YWCA Southern Arizona’s South Tucson campus. HNS hosts our Las Comadritas, Latina Leadership Institute, Women’s Business Center, and Workforce Development programs.
