YWorks is available to womxn-identified people who are unemployed and labor displaced, especially those who face exceptional challenges to becoming employed due to domestic violence, a history of substance abuse, or legal involvement. We seek to reduce poverty among women and their families and to increase economic development, which will be to the benefit of all of Southern Arizona.
Our 2-day workshop offers skills assessment, resume writing, interviewing skills building and practice, job search strategies and open computer lab hours.  Employment Skills and Empowerment workshops take place on the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 9 am-4 pm. Computer lab hours will be held every Friday that the Center is open from 10-1 pm.
