This is a deep-healing gentle yoga offering, designed to de-stress, nourish, and balance the energy in the body, mind, and heart. Treat yourself to this layered approach, restoring resilience with an innovative practice that includes gentle stretching, yogic breathing, and meditation.

Yoga trains our mind and body to find a healthy balance within our nervous system, or in other words to help our bodies find balance. Our modern daily life is often full of things that arouse our sympathetic system (fight, flight, or flee). This is why we must have ways to help regulate the system through activation of our parasympathetic system. To “See the Saw” back into balance. Yoga is AMAZING for this.
