Alejandra Y. Castillo, CEO of YWCA USA, leads a network of 210 associations serving 2.2. million women and girls around the country in 46 states and the District of Columbia. With over two decades of professional experience in Washington, D.C., she has served in senior leadership in two presidential administrations. In 2014, Alejandra was appointed by the Obama Administration to serve as the national director of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), becoming the first Hispanic-American woman to lead the agency, helping to secure financing and capital in excess of $19 billion and creating or retaining over 33,000 jobs.
Jes Baker is a positive, progressive, and magnificently irreverent force to be reckoned with who preaches the importance of body autonomy, self-love, mental health, strong coffee, and even stronger language.
Kelly Fryer is CEO of the YWCA Southern Arizona, a founding board member, a teacher in the Eller Social Innovation program at the University of Arizona, and previously served as Asst. Professor of Leadership at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN. Kelly offered strategic visioning and leadership training, helping hundreds of organizations and thousands of leaders across the U.S. and Canada learn to do what matters. During the 2012 election cycle, as Executive Director of Arizona List she helped 39 women get elected to state and local office. Kelly just completed her 6 month sabbatical to run as a candidate for Governor of Arizona. At the heart of everything she has ever done is this: People come first.
